We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

Shipping

A flat-rate shipping fee of $30 CAD applies to all shipped orders.

Because every piece is handmade, orders are prepared individually and shipped as they are completed. Delivery times may vary depending on the order and shipping carrier.

Local Delivery & Pickup

If you are local to the Grimsby, Ontario area, please DM us on Instagram before placing your order to arrange free local delivery or pickup.

United States Orders

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to duties, tariffs, taxes, customs fees, or other charges upon arrival.

Any additional fees charged by customs or the shipping carrier are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after delivery.

If your package is missing or has not arrived, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
